Road lodge southgate

On the 15th February I booked a night at road lodge southgate on line on Saturday when I check out they refused to give me an invoice saying I booked on line via booking.com so I must tell booking. com to give me the invoice then I went back on line to booking.com there are no channels to request an invoice it is interested on the new booking so frustrated
