Poor Customer Service

When I entered the premises I had to wait for the security to open.

After waiting for sometime

He therefor opened and was very rude when I asked him where is the reception he didn't even stand up to come closer to me he just kept quiet and was busy with his phone

Had to figure out the way to the reception
