Bad Service

Booked at Road Lodge Southgate, service is horrible , in their room there was no shower cap, no lotion and the sanitary bag had dirty and used things inside. No hot water . You wait very long at reception with no one there . Even their phones take long to answer. The worst of them all some entered my room without knocking which I really felt unsafe at all .
