Security Poor Service

I had a very frustrating experience at the hotel today. I waited at the gate for about 15 minutes after walking from checkers, and it was only after a car came in that I was able to get through. When I asked the security guard why it took so long, only to find out the security was busy chatting with a friend the parking with white vw polo and did not see me. This is a very disappointing level of service, and I am concerned about the safety of guests who may be waiting outside the hotel for long periods of time. You can get ****** easily while standing in front of the hotel like that.
