Dont use Road Lodge Randburg Hotel

Randburg Road Lodge is not a family friendly hotel like they want to portray themselves. We stayed more than 2wks at Road Lodge Randburg which started out great ended off very badly, we had to book out. As paying customers like everyone who's booked a room there we used it as a home away from home, not for a quicky as the Road Lodge Randburg hotel is used for (most people booking in there uses it for a 1 stop fu*ck shop). The staff seemed very nice at 1st but our stay there was long over due. The way the general manager Marnitz de Beer treated us was very inappropriate paying them over R10,000.00 not even a free coffee, treated us very suspiciously but we didnt do anything we were looking for a place to rent in the area as our previous contract ended so we told them this, they took our money gladly. I must say some of the staff (lower pay grade) is very nice higher up the pay grade the ruder the management become. People smoke **** inside the rooms so bad that the whole hotel smells corridors reception you name it, 2am drunk customers roam the corridors waking other customers up as they cant find their room they where booked in with a Heineken beer in hand (u asleep in a supposedly safe place gets woken up by a bashing knock on your room door its bad waking up like that). Taxi's with loud people and loud music playing on a sunday morning from 6am and nothing gets done. is this fare? Cleaners ***** money, house keeping waking u up at 7am when u only book out at 12. u wait until 3pm for clean towels too and thats before the cleaning staff knocks off. I left my laptop on one morning as i went outside for a smoke and to enjoy their garden when i got back i saw 3 of the staff that went inside our room looking around??? really!!! what where they looking for? i was there why not wait until im back? isnt that *****? They also not very clean, it looks clean smells clean but dont let that factors fool u... i have photos and video clips if anyone is interested to know whats going on at that Road Lodge. Pls dont support that Hotel!!!! they will take your money after u book in they will treat you like ****!!!!
