Worst Service Ever

I requested extra towels. I was told to bring my dirty towels to reception. When I arrived at reception with the towels and gave my room number I was told to wait for fhe clean towels. I requested an iron and ironing board. I was informed to collect it at reception. Fhe ironing board stand was uneven. Fhe iron wire was Unsafe. The pool was dirty Worst service ever.
