Bad customer service

I had a very bad experience, the receptionist undermine my intelligence, he wasn't welcoming at all Ask that do you even know how to make a reservation

As we proceed to the room, he gave an card that wasn't activated to enter in my room l kept on asking for help... He asked do know even how to the exit card

No hospitality at all

I even regret of booking and make reservations at that lodge
