HIT AND RUN

<p>On the 27th of july 2017 a truck with a logo ( Road Freight Logistics) bumped me and the truck driver drove away from the scene after seeing that he actually bumped someone, he then stopped approximately 200m away from the scene to check if his truck is not damaged then got in the truck and drove away , I was in shock and could not take his number plate but I saw the name of the company .</p> <p> </p> <p>Details of Accident :</p> <p> </p> <p>We were both from the N4 joining the Rosslyn off-ramp , when he reached the fork he was indicating to the right and I was indicating to the left , so he then decided to turn left that's when he bumped me and he continued driving.</p> <p> </p> <p>Location : Rosslyn Off-ramp</p> <p>Time and Date : 17 : 15pm , 27 July 2017.</p> <p>I then called the company to inform them so we can actually sort this out without involving the police i first spoke to Joseph and he said he will call me back he is going to investigate but then he did not call back , i then called again and he then told me that "he is not in the mood to deal with me , i can go to the police for all he cares , i asked what if i had died on the accident scene since the driver ran away he then said he doesn't care whether im alive or dead " he then hang up the phone , i then called the office and i was transferred to Ansie Pretorious which was last week Wednesday (03 Aug 2017) she said i must email her all the details , i did so then she did not respond , i then again sent another email requesting feedback , she responded and said to me she is waiting for the MD of the company who is in ab meeting and i guess he has been i a meeting till today , i sent an email this morning to ask for feedback , she then said to me that there is nothing she can do due to no proof i must have a registration number or trailer number as proof as they will not be able to assist a false claim....<br />This is a very serious offence as i would have contained serious injuries , or even died while they dont care and while the driver ran away.</p>
