provident fund withheld for a year

<p>I was working for the above mentioned company and was dismissed on the 24th Dec 2015. My December salary I only got it 2016 in March and long enquiry, my bonus 13th cheque I didn't get it or payslip for it they said it's deducted for damages and I only got payslip for it this year October but it didn't specify that deduction. I have nit received provident fund money that was deducted in my salary for 10 years that's is kept at sanlam, everytime I enquire they say it has been withheld as they intend to make a civil claim against me, but up to now it's almost a year and they are about to close for holidays I haven't received nothing. Please assist me. </p>
