incompetence in handling claims

Good day,I'm very disappointed with RFLIPF in terms of a claim we made.My father died in April 2015 as he was working for a logistics company, we put a claim with RFLIPF and the claim was processed by a consultant called Amanda. My father had two partners whom he both had four kids with each. After doing countless follow up with them we were told that the funds had being given the other partner leaving my mother and siblings nothing. How does this happen when my father had a beneficiary form filled which included both the partners and all 8 of his children but they choose to give one partner money and four kids only of which they are adults whilst there's a 14 year kid still in school but was not given his share of his father's estate. We went back to ask how did this happen but they didn't have answers a consultant called Vuyelwa handled our quiry , she then contacted their head office and sent an email to a consultant in head office called Tebogo, then promised to call us with feedback which she never did.We went back for feedback but were given none after several follow ups we were told there's no money. But how does this happen when the deceased had a beneficiary form listing everyone but they choose to give one partner and her children leaving the other with her children while there are children still in school and were dependant on the deceased for financial support and they all put their claim .Where is the justice? We demand our share of our father's estate as we are entitled to that,it's our right, we submitted everything that was required. The RFLPF must take responsibility and give us what we are entitled to as its their negligency and incopetency which lead to this situation.
