Bad Service -No one is willing to assist me

<p>I would like to complain about a bad service I have received from Road Cure. I contacted them on the 1st of March 2017, and requested to be given a recording confirming I agreed to take their road cure cover. Just to give you a bit of background, I took a tracker with Beame in 2014, I only noticed recently that there are deductions done by Road Cure. When I asked Beame when did I agree to take this cover they told me that when you take their tracker road cure also kicks in. This was a shock to me as I do not recall being told about the two being a pair. I then requested Road Cure to provide me with evidence, and they are pushing me around, every time when I phone they tell me, they will call me back and they never do. The first lady, I spoke to was Serina Govender , the second one is Ndumi Mthiyane who promised to call me on the past Monday and the last one that I spoke to today is Kim Tall who lacked good customer service and had no patience. All I want is proof that I agreed to take this cover, if they can't prove that I would like to be refunded my premiums is totally ********* to do such without my permission.</p>
