Worst service

I have never experienced customer service like this in my life! My husband was in a very serious motor bike accident 10 years ago and with the settlement with the RAF he is entitled to a caregiver as well as 60% refund on all medical expenses related to the accident! UP UNTILL NOW WE HAVE RECEIVED NO PAYMENT. When queried through the case worker I was told each moth we will get payment only to be told by her today that this has nothing to do with me and that she will contact my husband!!!<br> No one even bothers keeping us up to date regarding anything. our medical aid is depleted my husbands medication is now over R2000 per month!!!<br> <br> WE WANT ANSWERS
