WAITING 7 YEARS FOR PAYMENT!!!

My husband was involved in a severe accident in 2008. He was bedridden for for a while, had a steel rod in one of his legs, has a limp and can therefore only work when he is out of pain long enough to do so. Marlin Naidoo and Associates has been handling the matter. Each time they speak to me or my husband they are always changing what the total payout is supposed to be. Furthermore my husband had been for so many physical examinations on their request. Its years and years of the same thing and I am fed up. My daughter is in school and I earn so little which just covers my rent. This is so unfair really. My husband is suffering yet we can't even afford to get him regular medical attention. Why is there a discrepancy with the total payment amount and why why why why is it taking so many years. We have done everything we are supposed to with regards to medical exams & reports, submitting paperwork etc. It is truly awful to watch my husband suffer when the RAF & Marlin Naidoo are taking so long. I feel so helpless really.
