Very poor handling of claim

My husband died in 2005 in a motorcycle accident. Since then I am struggling with the RAF with my claim. My attorney have corresponded with them since 2006 but I am still waiting. I have used my husband's pension money to pay for my children's education and study. I am very dissappointed with the RAF. It seems that they don't care about the people that stays behind after something like this. It was a very traumatic experience and my husband was the innocent party.
