Very Bad service

Morning to all I just want to asked the head off the RAF to pay all the staff off because they are not doing there jobs if they did there will not be people e-mailing them and they do not answer if you phone Pretoria they do not answer if you phone call center they tell you the same story I emaild my medical bills 6December 2022 for refund then last year feb a Ms Mogana phoned me and asked me a lot off questions and he told me they will pay my medical bills refund to me by mei 2023 and till today nothing that is bad they only tell story's so do not blame your lawyer blam the bad service off RAF.I phoned them and they told me to phone the financial department and when I did the lady was still sleeping I think because se do not even know wat a Link number is so why is she working there my cell num is ***.
