Unprofessional employees

Good day all I want to say is you can not rely on the info that the road accident fund employes tell you because I send in my medical invoices in dec 2022 and in feb 2023 Pretoria branch tald me that I will receive my payment in April 2023 and till today nothing not n cent if you phone them they tell you different storys I wich the people that work there was in the shoes if the people that need the money then we wil se wat they say it is not our lawyers it is the unprofessional people that work there this is not good if someone who works at raf and is doing there job can you phone me and tel me wat is going on my cell ***
