Thieving company!!!
So for legal reasons I had to request my case file from the RAF so first they tell you to pay R100 which I did now they tell me I need to pay more to actually get the file but they cant tell you how much now that I have requested that information you get ignored so basically they are *****ing from people for me it is a matter of urgency and they just do not care!!!

If you are claiming directly from the RAF, the Fund does not require you to make any payments in order to process a claim. Kindly send your query to *** so we can investigate the matter.
