The RAF IS A ****!

My family has had a claim with the RAF for 12 years now and there has been no communication regarding the claim. No matter how many people we try to escalate the claim with, the people working at the RAF are no help at all. A 12 year claim that has had no form of development. They are unprofessional in assigning lawyers to claims and haven't received an information regarding the claim. I was contacted by a lawyer asking me if I was the lawyer of the claim when my information is in the files as a claiment.
