TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

It has been a horrible experience dealing with the contact centre. I interacted with more that 5 different agent for my refund from the 17th of Jan up until now my query has not been resolved. Every time I call in, I am being told that my query is “ escalated”. The team leader by the name Nwabisa has an attitude together with her agents, no one is willing to assist. My time has been consumed for 2 weeks and the team leader is telling me my ticket can be opened for even a year without being attended to, What kind of ****ery is this? I even had to ask her to speak to me properly yesterday during our interaction because she was even mimicking what I was telling her
