Sies on you RAF for treating us SOUTH AFRICANS like this!!!

I'm currently in the same situation. My accident was a few years ago. I sent all my documentation for all my medical bills in August this year. It is now 3 months and when i call they keep saying that they busy with it after they told me that the claim was cancelled, but how do they cancel a claim without contacting me. The same collar bone broke in half again and according to RAF this is not a disability. To me, it is because my arm will never ever be the same again, I have difficulty every single day. I again have hospital bills that need paying....if they haven't paid out the first operation, how long will this one take? They are useless at communicating, i have to email or call the consultant every single time to check on the progress. I called again today and was told that there are many people that has to approve and sign before the claim goes to head office. I asked for a time frame and the consultant couldn't even give me an indication. I feel sorry for us South Africans who pay hefty medical bills in emergency situations thinking that RAF would reimburse us. The rest of us with actual and real injuries, having suffered through pain and operations and daily trauma of the recovery process are the ones who suffer the most because RAF paid lots of money to people who merely had little scratches. Does the fund even still have money? or are we South Africans just wasting our time? How long do we keep hoping and praying for financial relief and peace of mind???
