Road Accident Fund is Inhumane and Insensitive

My dad has been waiting for months and he has no idea how far his payment is to being made. It was lodged in 2016. Wow Thank You RAF. Thank you so much for adding more grief to a father mourning for his daughter and battling depression.

He has been nothing but polite in his inquiries. When will you help him? Or are you waiting for him to die and therefore save yourselves the agony of paying A GRIEVING FATHER money to compensate him from his daughter's funeral.
