Road accident fund frustration

Road accident fund challenges! I was involved in a car accident in year 2014 April, I was a passenger in a private car going to work in the morning. The problem I am facing currently is the results I had received from RAF call center and my attorney also including the road accident fund employee doesn't not correspond or mach. The employee from RAF had probably checked out for me on the system and clearly explain what he found out that the was a payment from RAF to my attorney . I did approach the attorney and he said there wasn't any pay out, not even legal fees. When I call the road accident fund call center they give a different report, the employee from RAF refused to print out proof of the payout because he said he doesn't want to loose his job. He had explained to me that there was a payout last year and the attorney had received the legal fees payment and other monies. Now I am challenged on how do I open a *****ulent case against the attorney if I don't have proof from RAF the employee. The attorney is telling a lying. The Road accident fund employee is afraid to loose his job. The Road accident fund call center is being provided with incorrect information to give to people. Who to trust here when even the legal law practitioner are *******.
