Road accident fund claim

Greetings my name is Anna Ramothibe im 48 years of age I was hit by a car may 2017 and I was hospitalized for one month and three weeks if not two, then I app**** for RAF at the hospital where I was admitted (Thelle mokgoane) I Submitted all the needed documents till now there is no progress and when I call them they keep saying it's on even SAPS keep on giving my case to different people I'm not sure where to cry for help now I hope hello PETER will help me through all this situation
