Road accident fund

I was in a car accident in 2010, I lost my dominant arm, and I was paid R800 000 for general damages in the year 2014. The person whom assisted ******* me by telling that I will be paid for loss of income and insisted that i should take the money so that they will be able to proceed with the next step for the remainder of the payment, till to date I haven't received a cent. It is very painful, stressful. Life is difficult when you depend on other people to help you, pay for everything that needs to be done. when you contact their offices they tell you that your file is not available. I'm suffering from depression as we speak. Please kindly give me direction as to what to do I need help.
