ROAD ACCIDENT FUND

I was involved in the car accident while I was still in school. Due to not having enough information and guidance towards Road accident fund claims. I dont know how I was presented by the attorney that visited me in the hospital. I did agree to everything because I was not sure if the attorney was send by the state. After 3 years I got a call from som6telling me that they have recieved a letter from the attorney that has my name on it. The letter was sent to the wrong address. I was advised to go open an account at FNB so that I can cash out the amounts. They pay our was R37000. 00 and looking at the injuries and the pain that I'm left with. That money was little. I feel like the attorney took most of the money.

Is it possible to reclaim the RAF?
