I'm Nkosinathi Msipha, 05 December 2023, I did a surgery on my groin as a result of an accident of being hit by a taxi that skipped a red robot at Harrison Street in Joburg opposite Home Affairs on June 2017, I sustained pains until I found out that I have hernia, last year I did surgery to remove the hernia, it was then I decide I want to claim for RAF, however their laws state that they don't accept claims older than 3 years. I did a dangerous surgery, and I might have challenges with having a child if my organs don't heal well. Please kindly help, I have supporting documents of the surgery and graphics available per request. Please assist
