Regarding claim since 2014

Since 2014 ive made a claim with RAf and i havent gotten any response everytime when i call their offices to enquire of the progress of my claim they tell me to talk to my lawyer. When i talk to the lawyerge tells me that Raf doesnt wanna issue a court date for us. What must i do in this situation if RAf doesnt give me or my lawyer relevant answers since 2014
