RAF waiting game!

Greetings, In urgent need of some sort of feedback. It's been almost year and still No feedback with regards to *** The last consultation with RAF was regarding medical reviews with patient which were done thereafter we're told there are more medical examinations to be done when we called in yet no feedback or anything was communicated. Could someone pleaseee look into this matter. Accident happened well over 10years ago. RAF has since then been giving us the run around yet with no proper communication.
