RAF no payments!

To all who are struggling with Payments from the RAF, whether medical claims or Caretaker Claims or Accident Claims, I have it on good authority that Treasury, (Payment department for the RAF) has no money to pay! Someone in Cape town (Anonymous) has told me this. I have been waiting for my mother caretaking money from Feb up until now. Every time it's the same story. The Documents is not correctly fill out or someone is already working on the case. They will come back to us, but they never do! Joburg in pedicular is the worst.
