RAF Menlyn PTA *********** & ARROGANT!

I have been trying to hand in claim forms for a motorbike accident for 5 months! Every time I get there I have to bring another form, another dr report, another affidavit! Now suddenly 5 times later I must claim at Parktown. The black women was smirking and telling me no one getting upset - she can't do anything. The so called SUPERVISOR even more arrogant than her! What a disgrace to the public! and to South Africans
