RAF IS only playing with the people

Good day I just want to know what are the people doing at the RAF office I send in my medical invoices in December 2022 for refund Nou if you email them then they say may documents have bean send to the undertaking department from Feb this year and when I emailed them today they say I must send all my invoices again to be allocated to the undertaking department wat is rong with them are they not doing there jobs or wat and the other lady emailed me and send I must call my lawyer the RAF must start doing there job then it will get better for everyone
