Raf *******ed officials

in 2020 i contact Raf only to find out my dad had the attorneys to do the claim for him and my dad claim was on its final stage .

i was given Mr Duane Stoffels contact details and i was told his the attorney for Raf , i called him on *** and explain my story to him and he was willing to assist and he told me he had looked into my dad profile and he will be able to sort me out i jst need to contact the Attorneys that currently deals with my dads case and get a Cancellation letter stating that the case is closed on their side due to the fact my dad passed away. he provided me with the Attorneys name and Address.

He even sent an email on my behalf so that when i get there i do not have to explain my self again. i went to the attorneys and the letter was emailed to me and to him and he advised me that Raf is now dealing with the claim.

After that he then advised me to send him an affidavit stating , i will be the one claiming on behalf of my dad. he then told me every is now in order the case is with raf and i need to contact the claims department.

I tried to contact the claims department but with no luck , i went back to him no luck . so i sent an email to Rushana and complaints department .

Rushana Salasa advised me that she can not assist because my dad file is with Duane Stoffels and complaints department sent him and email and cc'd me and he rep**** state that his currently not in the office that why he did not call me or reply to me emails but not to worry he got all the documents anf everything has been approved by his department.

today 29th April 2021 i tried to call Duene as it has been 4 months with out any communication from him to do follow up regarding our last conversation and still no answer on his work number and i have been sending him emails and he does not even reply .

so i sent an email to Rushana Salasa again for assistance because was not sure if Duane still works for the company or his sick due to the Covid because is not getting back to me and she told me oh no the case is closed due the summons that the attorneys did not send.

Am now so confused because am told to different stories after i have been advised its all good on your guys side and the case has been approved .
