RAF CLAIMS

<p>I was involved in an accident in 31/12/2008 , hit and run by a drunked and drugged driver ......my last time in court was the 1/08/2016 for the trial date,and the judge stated that both parties can settle out of court if negotiations and angrier net is reached by both parties. .... My attorney has tried to reach the defendants attorney , but she said that she is still waiting for the pay handler of the road accident fund to give her to permission to grant negotiations and payout .....please advice or help </p> <p>kind regards </p>
