Just a question

A police car drove into me, while he was on his phone at a speed 160kph Sitting at hospital from hospital appatently you have to be critically injured. But we have severe soft tissue damage. No movement in the right shoulder. Back pain. Have to look after 2 kids on my own.

The Road accident fund says our case is not strong enough to claim

The police gave me a case no.

His licence were taken "away" because of wreckless driving.

I was in the left lane.

Now my question:

Why do I have to pay the excess amount to get my car back????

I have insurance. But still need to pay in. Uber cost a fortune.

I guess single moms are taken for a ride.

And why would there be more than 7 police cars on the scene, and with Ak 47's as well???

Is this fair???

I guess every laywer is afraid of the police.

And the police comander also was on scene.

Toyally unfair!!!!

Accident happend in Sandton.

Why must I pay to get my car back??? Police unwilling to assist.

I am very unhappy with the Road accident fund and I am not going to leave the case like this.
