RAF are ****mers

I have sent in all the original invoices to the Road accident fund for a refund as part of my settlement. The documents were picked up by SP Kubjana from the Road accident Fund on the 10th of July 2024. Since then i have been struggling to get any feedback regarding my refund. I have spoken to three consultants at the road accident fund ( Ref: C-***). Yet im getting nowhere. Its been more than a month since they received all my documentation. My settlement documant states within 14 days of receiving the documents, my refund would be settled. I do not understand whats taking this long. And why im not getting any feedback regarding my refund.
