Poor responce and delivery by RAF

Medical claim submission was performed in December 2014, it is now August 2015 and my claim is still not attended to.<br> <br> Shocking service from the Johannesburg branch. When dealing with Pretoria I never had one day worth of issues.<br> <br> I am going to consult with my Attorneys regarding this.
