Outstanding medical money long outstanding

Since early Jan 2020 i send my medical expenses to the road accident funds,because my lawyer say we can it self submit because they submit it the first time,really since Jan 2020 nothing happened,they are wasting my money because every time they put the phone down in my face,i send e-mails not one a lots of them,come back to me because there is not such e- mail address, thete is ars Thandeka Africa team leader when i phone her ,then the phone is immediately dead,anf so go it on everyday, i send e- mails threw to *** and send it to *** she is the team leader,and then i phone Mr Mlaza senior files medical a numerous times with no respond????tel nr of Mlaza is *** and team leader Thandekan nr *** also not respond numerous fays ,months???The RAF number drop the phone in my face a lots of times,days,months,this is really unacceptable or do they hold the money back for more interest,they can't punished people since Jan 2020,they dont come back to you,for what are they there,to do nothing that is *****ing government money,to do not their job,since the beginning of the lockdown tere was no exuse to work from home,they are sitting in the same position as all the banks,nothing wrong with them but they *****ing money from the government, please are you closed with this whole lockdown or is there people who are at work and do nothing????
