NO RESPONSE FOR 3 MONTHS

In May 2014 the RAF settled my accident claim after 5 years. They also provided me with an undertaking -which is simi**** to medical aid cover for the rest of my life.Meaning i can pay cash for any medical treatment related to my accidental injuries. Then i can always claim those monies back from the Fund- with all my proof of invoices and paper work attached. it then take 30 working days according to Jerome from the Road acciddent fund offices. i went and submitted documents 27th November 2014..From Dec until now i am not able to get hold of him -they phones just rings and no replies to all my emails. I wish i knew how to get assistance with this claim of mine.<br> i am very disturbed about this service since they promise a person so much when you in their offices but three months now yet i never received no refund or answer from them
