NO POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON STATUS OF CLAIM ALMOST THREE YEARS LATER

I had a car accident in August 2016.I have submitted all the documents to the RAF.Each time I called in I was told my Claim is still open.Could never get a hold of Zukile Cengani who was working on my claim. Only help I received was from Mr Mogale , because of him Zukile contacted me advised me that the RAF 1 form from the hospital is outstanding this was in November 2018 already to date RAF has not yet paid the hospital for this form, and after numerous emails to Zukile Cengani , my emails have been forwarded to MathopaM who has not even yet gotten back to me.Its almost three years when will the claim be processed.My emails get read but no one responds it seems as if this is a delay tactic from RAF.
