No payouts for my late father

My father passed away in 1997-07-05 in an accident in Johannesburg, I was a minor then. My siblings got their money but mine was never paid and I kept following up on it. 2006 I was told to write a letter to the layers Khahla to instruct them to stop representing me which I did and sent the copy to RAF as requested and nothing happened. I went to the offices in cape town and I was told that the money was never paid out and that imnot a minor I can sign for myself. When they were about to proceed with the process, they tell me that the ID number linked with my details is not my ID number and I asked when did it change because I've been communicating with them for years without any issues. How can an issue of my details being tempered with in their own system become my problem that makes not to get what I'm legally entitled to. Their *****ulent activities is now my issue.

Now I'm being told my case is more that 10 yrs I cannot claim anymore but its their own fault that my details are tempted within their own secured system. It is their staff that did it.

I would like to get help, I've tried to open every door I know of but no luck yet
