no Payment rec

im the caregiver of the RAF client.<br> my caregivers salary for April 2015,and its going towards the end of May,and no payments received to date.<br> I made enquiries,on many occasions,and i was initially told that i have to wait.<br> I was not happy to wait without all the time with no valid explanation.<br> I then persistantly email and insisted on a valid answer,i was then told that the RAF dont have funds to pay the caregivers
