NO PAYMENT FOR 10 YEARS

I was in a car accident in 2005, where I broke my femur and have a pin in my leg, my arm is full of marks and have a scar under my chin as well. We decided to claim at the road accident fund and then we waited for me to turn 18 to sign all the documents, first I struggled with getting all the info and then when we had everything we waited over 2 years for a court date at the high court and then when we got the date they cancelled it and the we got another court date in 2015 March, we won and so you stated that the payment will be done in a maximum of 3 months, its been a year now and still no payment..... please assist, because 10 years for payment is not acceptable.
