No one to turn to

My case was finalized early this year and I was given an undertaking cerificate but hospitals, doctor and physiothe****** that are attending to me say they don't accept the understanding cerificate because they don't get paid I have been calling the understanding department and each time the voice prompt Will say you are currently number 1 in the queue until I became number 7 in the queue without the phone being answered will be on my cell phone for 20 to 30 minutes with no response until I run out of airtime I ever sent an email to the people listed in the understanding letter but the email bounce I then decided to send the email to Mr Letsoalo the CEO I just guessed his email address because the people who were listed their email address is their name and intial of the surname at RAF.co.za I have been admitted in the hospital and had another back operation done which is supposed to be covered by RAF but as I explained above the service providers don't want to accept the understanding cerificate

I have to buy some toilet extender and use my own money and don't know how to claim it back from RAF I told the lawyers who were representing me and they said I should call RAF as the matter is settled and with one who had 4 back operations before the settlement I think I was underpaid beacuse I got less than 300K in settlement and my lawyers say I can't appeal I was oprerated for the 5th time on my lumber spine on the 6 September and still in hospital
