No help from RAF after years of wasting money on doctors letters and petrol

I had a car accident which left me paralysed in 2007. Since my tiny payout in 2015, not 1 person is will to help me claim for medical expenses. I use a walking aid, adult diapers and take pain killers. I even went as far as going to their premises and have countless email correspondence but it is now almost 2025 and i they are not willing to help me in the least. I am so sick and tired of keeping slips and making degrading videos showing my injuries over and over again. Please can someon point me in the rith direction for any help.
