No finality to my five year old claim

I was involved in an accident in Sept 2018, I sustained injuries in my right hand and had to undergo surgery. My car was written off My claim was submitted through Mr Linda Nkuna Attorneys. In September 2018 , Sept 2023 I did a follow up with Mr Nkuna and he told me that RAF has appointed an investigating officer to get details about the accident from the other driver. It's now five years and my case is not finalized yet.Every time I try to call the Attorney he either doesn't answer or he tells me he's awaiting feedback from RAF.
