NO FEED BACK FROM CASE HANDLER!!

<p>I have been trying to get a response from a consultant working for the Road Accident Fund for quite sometime now, his my case handler and all I am trying to accomplish is setting up a meeting with the case handler to find out what is the status of my claim. I have been emailing him on countless occasions and it seems that only if you "CC" the complaints team in, that's the only time you can manage to get a response. I am at a point where I dont know who to contact or who to speak to and I feel that i am getting no where with sending a simple email.</p> <p> what can do to get a proper response out of the Road Accident fund?</p>
