My payout -Accident

Since 2012 I have been going back and forth regarding my payout I was involved in a car accident everything they required was submitted

Since then I have not received nothing RAF informed me the payout was done to the Attorney's and visa versa now I'm still waiting instead everytime I get new dates to go see the attorney

I just need clarity what happend to my payout thats all !!Its been 6 years now
