My daughter's RAF claim

Please assist My daughter logged a claim in 2016 bu no clear direction up to today.She was sent to the doctor and was examined and RAF kept quiet till I called to follow up as she nominated myself to do her follow ups ,After several follow ups I was told that the doctor is holding the results because of the issues between RAF and the doctor.I have logged a complaint and was told that they have no doctor to attend her so she will only be attended when they have one.there is no time frame on how long is she going to wait.I asked about their complaint process and no body bothered to tell me. RAG tells us in the media not to use lawyers and you decide to do as such but ended up being a victim.I am not sure what else to do now.
