My child's claim unattended

Horrible and frustrating experience. My son was injured in 2020 until now they have not finalised his claim. The lawyers took us to medical specialist to examine his condition then submitted to RAF and that was 2022. We received feedback from our lawyers in 2023 that RAF would want to nominate their own medical experts but until now 23 July 2025 they have not nominated these specialists. Its draining for me as the child needs attention but I guess RAF doesn't care.
