Good Day I went to the RAF offices on Monday 08.03.2021 to lodge an accident. I was turned away and was told they don't see public for that day. Today I went back again and had to wait outside at security for 3 hours. I was told that one of the employees of RAF will assist outside, Only to turned way once again. I feel hopeless as I have to lodge the accident in order for the lawyers to proceed cause they are waiting for a reference number.
